Compassion-Based Relational Therapy

Dedicated to Compassionate, Person-Centered therapy

I work relationally. That means that the interaction between you and I forms the basis of healing. We check in, we acknowledge what’s happening in the moment as well as in the narrative of what you are telling me. We scan the body and notice any tension or sensation that arises when you dwell on certain topics. We slow down, we try to stay with a feeling a little longer. All of this has evidence-based backing, by going through the feelings and interacting in a new and positive way, neural pathways in your brain are created and strengthened to allow for different reactions from the ones that have caused pain and chaos in your life. I work over time, we can take a shorter approach if thats what works for you, but the best results are when you have time and space to unfurl into the person you would like to become.

I received my masters in Mental Health Counseling in Brooklyn College in 2022. I pursued further training in Family and Couples therapy from Ackerman Institute for the family in 2024. I have worked in outpatient mental health and group practice settings before starting my private practice in 2026.

Billing through Headway

I am in network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and Aetna insurance providers. For pricing, please reach out. Headway sets the session rate and once your deductible, if applicable, has been reached you will typically have a copayment which may be stated on your insurance card. I am happy to explain this during our consult call.
